Finding the right level of care.

Do you want to stay living at home? Would you like some help with your day-to-day activities? To be eligible for a subsidised Home Care Package, you must register with My Aged Care and be assessed by an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT). We can help you do this by phone or online. Level 1 -
Basic Care

Designed to assist you with your simple care needs, which may include support with domestic assistance and gardening.

Low Care

Tailored supportive care which helps you to remain independent, including domestic assistance, shopping and social support.

Intermediate Care

Assistance with your intermediate personal care needs, including meal preparation, medication support, transport, social support, nursing and allied health, as requested by you.

High Care

Customised high level care across all areas, including personal care, nursing, transport and social support up to seven days a week, once or twice daily. This may include a range of domestic assistance tasks and allied health.
