Early Dementia Diagnosis and Support.
On average, symptoms of dementia are noticed by families three years before a firm diagnosis is made. We can help support families who are in the early stages of diagnosis, or who are unsure of what steps to take, especially when it comes to in home dementia care.
Here at Oxley Home Care, we believe it is prudent to undertake Advanced Care Planning during the early stages of diagnosis. This allows the client to be able to make a cognitive decision for their future care.
Oxley Home Care also offers in home nursing support via our Nursing Care Services. Our Nurses will liaise with your GP, Pharmacist, Allied Health professional or anyone else involved in you or your loved one’s care, to ensure that the best care is received.

Early Dementia Diagnosis and Support
We provide dementia care to our clients to ensure that a better quality of life is experienced in the comfort of their own home. We do this by encouraging independent living through personal and social connections with the community.
We provide an individual and person centred approach to dementia care services, working with our clients to set realistic and achievable goals that meet their unique needs.
Our teams of carefully selected, fully qualified and experienced dementia care workers are here to help you and your loved ones. Our Care Coordinators will organise a free home visit with one of our Care Managers who will develop a dementia care plan or provide you further information or assistance as required.
